Paxton Waters Architecture and Jeff Gordon have joined forces to design the Canadian Motor Speedway, the first major oval/road course motorsports facility in Canada. The facility will be located just over the border in Fort Erie, Ontario Multi-Faceted Racing Platform 1 Mile World Class "D" Shaped Oval Track Features 65,000 Seats (expandable to 100,000) 80 Luxury Suites and Club Seating Research and Develpment Park Industrial Park for Motorsports-Related Business Hotels, Hospitality Village, Restaurants and Shopping, Eco Park, Bike Paths, Walkways, and Camping.
