Pole position for #00! This past weekend was VM/TMS/ACE #00 first race this season at the SCCA Regional Tri-Race weekend at NHMS. Qualifying was under rain. But that didnt stop #00 from having the fastest qualifying time in ITE and taking pole position (overall). The rain-race (see photo) was as tricky as NHMS can be u...nder rain. Car #00 was able to finish 2nd overall after the 15 lap race. The next 2 races where a hard battle with #64 and #77 Porsches, but once again, with another pole position and persistance, we finished 2nd overall both days with fastest laps. Sunday's race, while on P2 overall (behind the SPO Corvette) and P1 in class, #00 had some technical dificulties heading up T3 during the white flag/last lap of the race. We crossed the start finish soon after resetting all electronics in the car. Even with the setback, the SCCA Regional steward still came to our trailer to congratulate us for a job well done.
